CONDITIONS FOR RETURNING PRODUCTS
According to the provisions of GEO 34/2014 on consumer protection in the conclusion and execution of distance contracts: "The consumer has the right to notify the trader in writing that they are canceling the purchase, without penalties and without invoking a reason, within 14 days of receiving the product or, in the case of service provisions, from the conclusion of the contract." If you wish to return the purchased products, CuAnna guarantees the return period provided by law, namely 14 days from the receipt of the product.
The direct costs of returning the products are borne by the buyer. The buyer will not pay for shipping if they receive a product with a manufacturing defect or an incorrect product, and the return will be organized by CuAnna.
If you wish to exchange the product for a different color/size/model, please contact us in advance by email at comenzi@cuanna.ro, in which you will very clearly specify the order number, your name, phone number, and the product you wish to exchange for, or by phone at: +40726568516.
Any product exchange can only be made within the limits of available stock. If the desired model is no longer in stock, you can choose another one, with you paying any price differences or with us refunding them.
The product you wish to exchange must be sent to us via a courier organized by you (other than the Romanian Post) to the address: Nicolae Caramfil 74 B, One Herastrau Tower, 1st Floor, A 1-3.4 (commercial space), Bucharest, 014142.
Any product you return must not be worn or damaged. The product must be accompanied by all original tags and packaging (Law 249/2015, Art. 16(8)). Please use protective packaging for shipment, preferably the original one. The product will not be accepted if it is damaged, if it does not have its tags intact, or if any of its accessories are missing. Worn products with signs of wear are not accepted for return.
If you do not wish to exchange the product, but simply to return it, we will refund the value of the returned product via bank transfer to the IBAN account specified by you in an Email. The refund for the returned product's value will be processed within a maximum of 14 calendar days from when the returned product arrives at the address specified above.
